We offer a complimentary exchange policy and are pleased to exchange your purchase that is unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and retaining the original tags, within 3 days from the date of delivery.

What is your return policy for online purchases?

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
If you would like to return any of the items purchased please contact our care team within 3 days of delivery with the following information
- Order number
- Specify the reason for return and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item

Can I cancel or change my order ? 

You can change/chancel the  order details only if the product is not dispatched. If the product is dispatched we regret that we cannot make any changes.

What if there is colour variation between the product shown on the website and in the actual product I receive ? 

We ensure that we don't manipulate the brightness or image quality of the product to avoid any colour discrepancies. But slight variation can happen because of the handwoven nature of our products.
