Return Policy

Our return policy is applicable only on Domestic Orders. 

  • We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if you are not satisfied with your purchase.If you would like to return any of the items purchased please contact our care team within 2 days from the date of delivery with the following information - Order number - Reason for return and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item.

  • Please ensure that the product you return is unused, unworn and the original tags are intact.We are not liable for any returns that we were not notified about first.

When will I receive the return payment ? After we receive the returned product, our team conducts quality check &  it can take minimum 10 working days for change to reflect in your bank account

Can I cancel or change my order ? You can change/chancel the order details only if the product is not dispatched. If the product is dispatched we regret that we cannot make any changes.

It is a humble request to users ,who place COD orders incase you want to cancel the order please send us an email or whatsapp even after the order is dispatched or in transit.  Monetary and non-monetary resources go in sending a order . We'll be obliged if you can heed to our humble request. 

What is your exchange policy for online purchases ? We offer a complimentary exchange policy and are pleased to exchange your purchase that is unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and retaining the original tags, within 2 days from the date of delivery. We offer only 1 exchange per order. Post that no refund, return or exchange request will be entertained.  For exchange order, you will have self ship the product back to us and after quality check , our team will dispatch the replacement order.

What if there is colour variation between the product shown on the website and in the actual product I receive ? We ensure that we don't manipulate the brightness or image quality of the product to avoid any colour discrepancies. But slight variation can happen because of the handwoven nature of our products. 

What if I receive the courier but the product is missing? Our order packaging goes through stringent checks and we do not entertain any such claim. All our couriers are carefully sealed. If you believe that the courier is hampered with, then kindly don't accept the courier. We don't entertain claims where customer accepts the courier but reports missing items because all our orders are carefully packed with utmost care and sealed properly.

NOTE : For products that are on sale we don't accept any returns/exchange/refund.
