Do you offer return/ exchange?
We don't accept returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged or wrong product is sent. Any quality complaints have to be made within 8 hours of receiving the order. Can I cancel or change my order ?
You can change/chancel the order details only if the product is not dispatched. If the product is dispatched we regret that we cannot make any changes.
What if there is colour variation between the product shown on the website and in the actual product I receive ?
We ensure that we don't manipulate the brightness or image quality of the product to avoid any colour discrepancies. But slight variation can happen because of the handwoven nature of our products.
