What is your return policy for online purchases?
You may contact us via email at email@example.com or call our customer care at +91-8076890817 from Monday to Saturday, between 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (IST).We will look into the issue and respond to you within 24 working hours.
Please ensure that the product you return is unused, unworn and the original tags are intact.We are not liable for any returns that we were not notified about first.
When will I receive the return payment ?
After we receive the returned product, our team conducts quality check & it can take minimum 10 working days for change to reflect in your bank account.
Can I cancel or change my order ?
You can change/chancel the order details only if the product is not dispatched. If the product is dispatched we regret that we cannot make any changes.
It is a humble request to users ,who place COD orders incase you want to cancel the order please send us an email or whatsapp even after the order is dispatched or in transit. Monetary and non-monetary resources go in sending a order . We'll be obliged if you can heed to our humble request.
What is your exchange policy for online purchases ?
We offer a complimentary exchange policy and are pleased to exchange your purchase that is unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and retaining the original tags, within 2 days from the date of delivery.
We offer only 1 exchange per order. Post that no refund, return or exchange request will be entertained. For exchange order, you will have self ship the product back to us and after quality check , our team will dispatch the replacement order.

What if there is colour variation between the product shown on the website and in the actual product I receive ?
We ensure that we don't manipulate the brightness or image quality of the product to avoid any colour discrepancies. But slight variation can happen because of the handwoven nature of our products. If you are concerned about the colour variation you can request a product video from our customer care team on email@example.com or whatsapp no. 8076890817.
Exceptions to the above policy:
- For products that are on sale we accept returns but for returns you will have to self ship the product. After quality check, we shall refund you the amount after deducting the forward courier charges. Incase you want us to pick the product for return, then additional courier charges Rs.300-/ are applicable. The product should be received by us within 15 days from the date on which the product was delivered else penalty of Rs.100-/ is applicable on each additional day of delay.For returns on sale items, kindly write an email to us on firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 days from the date of delivery stating the order number and reason you would like to return the product.
