Payment & Shipping Policy
PAYMENT :
- We offer cash on delivery only in India for an additional fee of Rs.100/- only. We don't offer COD facility for international orders.
- We don't have access to your credit card, debit card or bank details. We use third party secure payment gateways such as Razorpay, Paypal & Paytm, Google Pay .
- We charge the same price for all our customers located in any part of the world. There is no price change based upon your location.
- When remitting refunds made to a customer, we deduct 3% payment processing fee because of the fees charged by the payment gateway.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING :
- We take 2-5 days to deliver anywhere in India.
- All our products are ready to dispatch. Orders placed before 11:00 am are dispatched the same day.
- We use only trusted delivery partners and tracking code is shared once the order is dispatched.
- We provide free shipping to anywhere in India.
- We don't entertain claims where customer accepts the courier but reports missing items because all our orders are carefully packed with utmost care and sealed properly. We create a packaging video for each order we pack.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING :
- We deliver worldwide. Our top delivery destinations are Australia, Singapore, USA, Africa & Canada.
- We provide free shipping for all prepaid orders equal & above Rs.15000/-. For orders upto Rs.15000/-, we charge a flat shipping fee of ₹1500/-.
- Cash on Delivery option is not available for International orders. Only prepaid orders are accepted.
- We dispatch orders within 2 days and the orders are delivered within 5-10 days from the date of dispatch.
- We share tracking code after the order is dispatched. We use only trusted courier partners.
- We deliver outside india on DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. You order may be subject to import duties that are levied once the package reaches the destination country. An additional charge towards Import, Customs & Taxes may be levied by the Custom authority which will be borne by you. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be in actuals.Customs policies vary widely from country to country, and we recommend contacting the local customs office or their website for further information.
