Is Cash on Delivery available on international orders ? 

We don't offer cash on delivery service for orders outside India. Cash on delivery is available on only orders within India. 

Do you price your products differently for international customers?
We charge the same price for all our customers located in any part of the world. There is no price change based upon your location.

 Modarta is the retail brand of Modarta Private Limited. Our company is registered in India and our GST no. is

What are available modes of payments?
 You can pay for your orders through International Credit Card via our Payment Gateway Razorpay or direct bank/wire transfer to our bank account. All on-line payments are secured. For customers in India, Cash on Delivery is available. 
My payment has failed! What shall I do now?
You can mail us directly on modartaindia@gmail.com and we shall help you place the order. 
Is my credit card info secure while ordering?
Modarta doesn't have access to your credit card, debit card or bank details. We  respect your privacy. For payment, we secured payments we have partnered with reputed payment gateway Razorpay. 
We do not store PIN data or 3-digit security codes.  We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us from unauthorized access or disclosure, both during transmission and once we receive it. We assume no liability for any disclosure of data due to errors in transmission, unauthorized third party access or other acts of third parties, or other acts or omissions.
