Payment & Shipping Policy

Payment Policy:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): COD service is exclusively available within India. Please note that we do not offer COD as a payment option for international orders.

  • Payment Security: Rest assured, we do not have access to your credit card, debit card, or bank details. We utilize reputable third-party secure payment gateways, including Razorpay, Paypal, Paytm, and Google Pay, to ensure the security and confidentiality of your financial information.

  • Uniform Pricing: We maintain consistent pricing for all customers worldwide, regardless of their geographical location.Our pricing structure remains unchanged and is not influenced by your geographic location, providing fairness and equity to all patrons.

  • In some cases, customers may receive a packing slip instead of a tax invoice along with their order. Please don’t worry — an invoice is generated for every order, and all necessary billing regulations are duly followed.

    If you haven’t received the invoice with your package, simply email us at sales@modarta.in with your Order ID, and our team will share the invoice with you promptly

DOMESTIC SHIPPING : 


  • 📦 For COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders:
    • Within Delhi NCR – delivery takes 1 to 3 working days.
     • For locations outside Delhi – delivery usually takes 4 to 7 working days.


  • 💳 For Prepaid Orders:
    • Within Delhi NCR – same-day delivery is available with an additional charge of ₹300.
    • For locations outside Delhi – next-day delivery is available through DTDC Guaranteed Delivery at ₹999 (available only on select pin codes).

    ⚠️ Important:
     • The delivery timelines mentioned above are courier-based estimates and are subject to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, operational delays, production delays or logistics issues.
    • These are not guaranteed delivery timelines unless additional paid guaranteed delivery is opted for.
    • If guaranteed delivery charges (₹300 / ₹999) are paid and the delivery timeline is not met, those additional delivery charges will be refunded. However, the order amount will not be refunded, and the parcel must still be accepted.
     • Our office operates from Monday to Saturday 10 am to 6pm. Orders placed on Sunday are not eligible for same-day or next-day delivery. Orders placed after 5pm are will be delivered next day incase of same day delivery service. Such orders will be processed on Monday, and the delivery timeline will begin from Monday

  • Trusted Delivery Partners: We exclusively engage with trusted delivery partners who are known for their reliability. As soon as your order is dispatched, we provide you with a tracking code for real-time shipment tracking.

  • Rigorous Packaging Standards: To ensure the safe and secure delivery of your order, we take the utmost care in packaging. We do not entertain claims for missing items if the customer has accepted the courier. Every order we pack is documented with a packaging video, reflecting our dedication to precision and quality.

 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING : 

  • Global Delivery: We proudly offer worldwide shipping, with some of our top delivery destinations including Australia, Singapore, USA, Africa, and Canada.

  • Free Shipping Threshold: For all prepaid orders equal to or exceeding Rs. 15,000, we provide complimentary shipping. For orders below Rs. 15,000, a flat shipping fee of ₹1,500 is applied.

  • Payment Method: Please note that the Cash on Delivery (COD) option is not available for international orders. We exclusively accept prepaid orders for international shipments.

  • Dispatch and Delivery: Orders are dispatched within 3-7days of placement, and you can typically expect delivery within 5-15 days from the date of dispatch.

  • Tracking and Trusted Partners: To ensure transparency, we share a tracking code as soon as your order is dispatched. We collaborate only with reliable courier partners to guarantee the safe delivery of your package.

  • International Deliveries (DDU Basis): International orders are delivered on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. It's important to be aware that your order may be subject to import duties upon reaching the destination country. Any additional charges related to import, customs, and taxes will be your responsibility. These charges are determined by the customs authority of the destination country and can vary widely. For specific details, we recommend contacting the local customs office or consulting their website.

  • Secure Packaging: We uphold stringent packaging standards to ensure the security and integrity of your order. Regrettably, we cannot entertain claims for missing items if the customer has accepted the courier, as all our orders are meticulously and securely packed.Every order we pack is documented with a packaging video, reflecting our dedication to precision and quality.

GIFT WRAPPING: 

  • We offer gift wrapping only on prepaid orders. COD (Cash on Delivery) orders are not eligible for gift wrapping.
  • If you wish to receive your order in a gift box, please select the “Gift Box Service” option at checkout and make the additional payment for it. Only if this service is opted for and paid, the order will be guaranteed to be sent in a gift box.

  • In some cases, even after the gift box payment is made, the gift box may not be available due to product size or packaging limitations. In such cases, the gift box charge will be refunded to you. However, the order amount will not be refunded, and the product will still be shipped securely in standard packaging.

  • If the gift box service is not added, the order may or may not be sent in a gift box depending on courier restrictions, packaging feasibility, or higher shipping costs.
