RETURN POLICY : 

Do you offer return/ exchange? 

Since we deal in handwoven and delicate products ,we dont offer returns and exchange. We ensure that the product is packaged carefully in special boxes so that they reach you safely. 

ORDER CANCELLATION :

Can I cancel or change my order ? 

You can change/chancel the  order details only if the product is not dispatched. If the product is dispatched we regret that we cannot make any changes.

 DELIVERY WITHIN INDIA 

How many days we take to deliver the products ? 

We take 2-7 working days to deliver products anywhere in India. We offer free delivery all over India. 

How do you deliver products ? 

Our trusted partner for deliveries all over India is Delhivery. 

Is Cash on Delivery available ? 

Yes, Cash on Delivery Facility is also available for all locations within India. For COD you have to pay an additional fee of ₹100-/ only. 

DELIVERY OUTSIDE INDIA 

How many days we take to deliver the products ? 

We take 10-15 working days to deliver products anywhere in outside India. Shipping rates will be clearly mentioned when you check out 

How do you deliver products ? 

Our trusted partner for deliveries outside India is DHL. 

Is Cash on Delivery available ? 

We don't offer cash on delivery service for orders outside India. 

Who would be responsible for paying local taxes in countries outside of India?

Customs Duty & other international taxes etc. as applicable will have to be borne by the customer according to the laws of the land.

Goods are delivered outside india on DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are residing in. Payment of duties and taxes at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

WEBSITE USAGE : 

What if there is colour variation between the product shown on the website and in the actual product I receive ? 

We ensure that we don't manipulate the brightness or image quality of the product to avoid any colour discrepancies. But slight variation can happen because of the nature of product. 

PRODUCT CARE : 

Can I wash the products ? 

We highly recommend that you only dry clean the products because of the products are handwoven. 

GIFTING : 

Do you offer customisation ? 

Yes, we do customisation in colour, price and product, with no minimum order quantity. 

Do you do gifting for events like birthday, anniversary, marriage , corporate parties? 

Yes we do all kind of events.We work according to your budget with no minimum requirement. We have special gift boxes suited for every occasion.
